ALMACO Modular Construction Acquired

ADMARES was founded by Mikael Hedberg, leveraging decades of expertise in shipbuilding and modular construction. The acquisition of ALMACO’s modular construction division marked the transition from offshore to land-based housing solutions, establishing the foundation for ADMARES’ product and production technology.

Modular Delivery: Hilton at Resorts World Bimini

Delivered and installed 296 modular hotel rooms and public areas for Hilton at Resorts World Bimini. The project was completed in record time, showcasing the speed and precision of modular construction.

Modular Delivery: Hotel With, Stockholm

Delivered 106 modular hotel rooms to Stockholm’s Hotel With on Sveavägen. Rooms were fully manufactured off-site with integrated plug-and-play electrical and MEP systems, demonstrating the reliability and efficiency of productized modular solutions.

Modular Delivery: Dubai Canal Floating Villas

Designed, manufactured, and delivered floating villas for Dubai Canal, setting new standards for luxury urban waterfront living. Located in Business Bay, the villas offered panoramic skyline views, private terraces, and marina access—merging innovation, exclusivity, and environmental consciousness.

Modular Delivery: World’s Largest Floating Villa

Designed and delivered the world’s largest floating villa. This custom-built residence redefined luxury waterfront living with expansive indoor-outdoor areas, world-class amenities, and seamless integration of floating technology and architectural excellence.

Exclusive Partnership with Porsche Consulting

Initiated the development of an industrialized, automated home production system. Porsche Consulting joined as an exclusive partner to design and optimize the smart factory layout, processes, and long-term scalability roadmap.

Exclusive Partnership with MHP – A Porsche Company

Formed a strategic alliance to develop the digital backbone of the smart factory. MHP provides enterprise-level consulting, IT architecture, and system integration services to support production planning, automation, and scalability.

Product and Technology Validated

Completed full-scale pilot projects to validate ADMARES’ modular product and production technology. Real-world deployment tested the entire system from structural performance to logistics, confirming reliability and operational readiness.

Strategic Partnership with SIEMENS

Partnered with Siemens to implement product digital twin engineering using NX and Teamcenter. Siemens also delivers simulation software, smart building components, and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that powers the smart factory.

Exclusive Partnership with EDAG

Appointed as general contractor and integrator for all smart factory functional areas, including 26 production lines and specialized factory-in-factory zones. Factory productivity and throughput validated using simulation and advanced planning tools.

Factory Design Completed and Productivity Validated

Finalized the design of ADMARES’ first 3 million sq.ft smart factory in collaboration with Porsche Consulting, MHP–A Porsche Company, EDAG, and Siemens. Factory output and performance were validated using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software.

ADMARES Australia Established

Established ADMARES Australia to lead local operations, build partnerships with developers and suppliers, and prepare for the deployment of industrialized housing production. This marked the company’s expansion into the Australian market and the foundation for future Smart Factory development.

Strategic Collaboration with ABB Robotics

Entered into a global collaboration with ABB Robotics to strengthen automation and robotics capabilities across ADMARES production platforms. ABB Robotics supports the integration of advanced robotics systems and AI-driven automation into the Smart Factory platform.
