Proven Precision-Built Performance Through Stringent Testing

Over the past eight years, we have developed and validated our modular building technology through several pilot projects in collaboration with our partner Porsche Consulting. One example was a test case designed to confirm the performance of our product and logistics process.

In this project, we built a 1,400 ft² ultra-luxury villa using only two standardized modules. The units—including all structural elements, technical systems, and interior finishes—were fully completed indoors in Finland, along with smart home automation developed in partnership with Siemens. Every component was tested and commissioned prior to transport.

The completed villa was then shipped over land and sea to a remote beachfront site. On arrival, it was installed in under one hour on a pre-built pile foundation using our plug-and-play connection method.

This pilot demonstrates that our engineered modular solution is not only technically sound but also efficient and reliable. It replaces the risks and delays of traditional on-site construction with consistent quality, shorter timelines, and greater control. For builders and developers, it’s a dependable way to deliver high-quality housing faster, with predictable outcomes and lower complexity.
