ADMARES at Sydney Build Expo 2026

ADMARES will participate in Sydney Build Expo 2026, one of Australia’s leading construction and development events, taking place at ICC Sydney on April 29 and 30.

Visitors can meet the ADMARES team at Stand E10, Hall 4 to learn how industrialised housing production can support scalable residential development across Australia.

ADMARES introduces a factory-based approach to housing, where homes are manufactured using robotics, digital twins, and assembly-line processes similar to advanced manufacturing industries. This model enables predictable delivery timelines, consistent quality, and significantly reduced dependence on traditional construction labor.

At the event, ADMARES will present how its Smart Factory platform enables large-scale production of high-quality homes, supporting developers and builders in addressing growing housing demand while maintaining cost control and delivery reliability.

The company’s initial factory capacity is already secured through Letters of Intent with both ASX-listed and privately owned developers. Discussions for future production capacity are ongoing, with interest from developers seeking long-term, scalable housing solutions.
