ADAM Platform®

ADAM Platform®

Revolutionary Asset Management Platform from ADMARES

The ADAM Platform® by ADMARES transforms the way buildings work by utilizing the possibilities in industrialized mass production. With the millimetre-level precision, complete data and information and advanced sensory implementation the way how we manage, operate and maintain our buildings can be taken to the next level using advanced analytics across all our projects. ADAM is a global network of connected smart buildings designed to constantly improve the way buildings are designed, managed and operated throughout the lifecycle of the building. The platform combines digital twins with up-to-date data, IoT and intelligent analyses into one digital asset management system that is built into the core of each building. Building owners, operators and users can all access features specific to their roles through the ADAM Platform® service as intelligent solutions work in the background to improve efficiency and optimise building functions.
Smart Digitally Connected Homes

Smart Digitally Connected Homes

ADMARES utilizes modern IoT solutions to create Smart Connected Buildings. Both the buildings and their functions are data-driven as data from multiple buildings is combined and used to discover optimal solutions.

Smart lighting & cooling solutions based on occupancy and external conditions (daylight, the temperature, etc.) optimize energy consumption while unexpected variations provide the early warning signs of any deviation (e.g., leakage or the need for maintenance).

Connected through the Entire Building Lifecycle

Connected through the Entire Building Lifecycle

The systems and devices are connected within the building and the buildings are connected to the ADAM Platform® to gather and analyze the data and identify any deviation. The results are applied to the connected buildings to improve energy efficiency and improved operational reliability.

We offer building owners and operators smart applications and services to maximize building efficiency and value during the whole lifecycle of the building.

A Holistic Digital Twin

A Holistic Digital Twin

A detailed 3D digital twin model is created during the design and production process. The same model is converted into an actionable digital twin of the finished building, complete with detailed product data, instructions, manuals and spare parts lists. This digital twin provides an intuitive interface for displaying monitoring data to highlighting alerts or areas of concern and the accessing the maintenance history and plan for each component can be viewed directly from the model.

Optimization

Optimization

The building system and environmental data as well as the energy and water consumption are monitored and automatically analyzed by ADAM Platform® across all our buildings to create best patterns for operations and use. The results are used to optimize the building systems and create advanced predictive maintenance models. Smart lighting & cooling solutions are applied based on real-time data on occupancy and external conditions, such as outdoor lighting or the temperature, to optimize consumption.

User-friendly Buildings

User-friendly Buildings

Operators benefit from real-time data and analytics while up-to-date proactive maintenance plans minimize downtime and improve maintenance efficiency. In the meantime, the building owners have a clear overview of the status and health of their buildings Residents can use the connected apps to ensure healthy indoor conditions in their apartments and see the recommendations for improving energy efficiency and water usage.

Healthy Interiors

Healthy Interiors

Real-time indoor monitoring and advanced data analyses ensures healthy conditions. It shows the temperature, the humidity and the Air Quality Index, identifies Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in high-risk areas and provides automatic connections to HVAC systems to correct any identified issues (e.g., the need for additional ventilation). This ensures a healthy building throughout its lifecycle. Real-time indoor monitoring also covers technical and closed-off spaces to reduce the risk of mould and corrosion in areas that usually are not occupied by people. This guarantees an even temperature for the convenience of everyone in the building.
