A Revolutionary Smart Factory Mass producing Smart Buildings
ADMARES technology is solving the challenges of the construction industry by industrializing and digitalizing the manufacturing of buildings. This technology entirely removes the need for traditional construction sites and traditional construction labor.
The whole building is manufactured at our Smart Factory using robots and automation lines that are managed by assembly line workers. All works such as welding, cutting, painting and tiling, which traditionally were carried out by construction labor, are now completed by robots while building units are assembled by assembly line workers.
Holistic Digital Twin
The whole process is based on manufacturing a product instead of managing a project at a construction site. Since all the necessary building components are either manufactured at our factory (e.g., steel structures, fixed furniture, doors, walls, windows, bathrooms and kitchens) or stored in our logistics center (e.g., faucets, sinks, fixtures and MEP components), we can control the entire value chain.
The whole building is designed using a 100% digital twin containing all the required details of the product as approved by the client and the authorities before being given a production slot at the factory.
ADMARES Building Units
*) ADMARES building units are fully outfitted volumetric construction units that are manufactured, tested and inspected in controlled indoor factory conditions before delivery to the building assembly site. All structural and architectural elements, the doors and windows, technical installations and FF&E are factory-installed in the building units.
Depending on the project-specific parameters, building units can be produced in a range of sizes and one building unit may comprise one or more rooms or functional spaces. ADMARES offsite-produced buildings consist of one or more building units that demand only a minimal amount of assembly and commissioning work to be done onsite. At its simplest, a single building unit is a detached home while for developments of greater complexity, building units can be produced and assembled into multi-storey apartment blocks, hotels or hospitals.
