ADMARES and Global Partners Advance Smart Factory Plans in Queensland

ADMARES welcomed representatives from Porsche Consulting, MHP – A Porsche Company, and EDAG to Queensland as planning continues for the deployment of its Smart Factory in Australia.

The visit marks another important step in establishing ADMARES’ local operations and strengthening collaboration with global industrial partners. Meetings were held with government stakeholders and key equipment suppliers to align on implementation strategy, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and long-term industrial development in Queensland.

Together, ADMARES and its partners are working to introduce a factory-based production model that replaces traditional construction with industrialized manufacturing. The planned Smart Factory will enable the large-scale production of high-quality, attainable housing through automation, robotics, and digitalized production systems.

The collaboration brings together deep expertise in factory design, industrial engineering, and digital ecosystems. Porsche Consulting contributes experience in designing automated production systems. MHP supports digital infrastructure and enterprise-level integration. EDAG provides engineering and factory implementation expertise.

The Queensland initiative reflects ADMARES’ long-term commitment to building a local organization supported by global industrial expertise. By combining international manufacturing knowledge with Australian suppliers, workforce development, and government collaboration, the project aims to create a sustainable ecosystem for advanced housing production.

Planning work continues as ADMARES progresses toward establishing its first Australian Smart Factory, with a focus on operational readiness, supply chain integration, and long-term scalability.
