Toni Stenström Appointed Chief Operating Officer

ADMARES has appointed Toni Stenström as Chief Operating Officer as the company moves into its next phase of industrial-scale execution. Toni has been an integral part of ADMARES since 2019, playing a key role in shaping how our Smart Factory ecosystem is developed, operated, and scaled. His deep knowledge of the company’s operations, technology, and strategy positions him uniquely to lead ADMARES’ operations into the next growth phase.

In his previous role as Vice President of SCM and Logistics, Toni led the design and implementation of ADMARES’ end-to-end value chain, covering sourcing, supplier integration, production design, logistics, and final delivery. Through this work, he established the foundations for serial production, predictable costs, and consistent quality, enabling ADMARES’ Smart Factory operations to be scalable, repeatable, and efficient.

Toni has over a decade of operational and commercial experience across the construction, automotive, and technology sectors, including supply chain management for Mercedes-Benz vehicle production at Valmet Automotive and co-founding of a technology start-up. Toni holds a Master’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Turku. This background, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset and deep knowledge of the company, strongly supports ADMARES’ mission to transform homebuilding into an innovative and truly industrial manufacturing process.

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Toni will oversee ADMARES’ operational readiness as the company prepares to deploy Smart Factories across multiple markets. Toni’s appointment reflects ADMARES’ long-term commitment to industrial discipline, operational excellence, and scalable growth. It supports our ambition to deliver high quality housing efficiently, not as one off projects, but as repeatable products manufactured at scale.
