The turnkey delivery of 106 guest rooms and the surrounding corridors plus the design, engineering, production and installation of 84 of the guestrooms as modules. ADMARES off-site manufactured rooms allow for significantly reduced construction time as well as consistent quality throughout the rooms. Twenty-two more rooms were built on-site. The contract included the delivery of the backgrounds, guestroom modules, stick-built rooms and corridors as well as the interior finishes such as furniture, interior surfaces, carpets and accessories.
