ADMARES-built 186 pre-assembled Standard Rooms and 14 Garden Villa Suites are now open to the public at the Resorts World Bimini’s Luxury Marina Hotel on the North Bimini Island in the Bahamas.
The guestrooms and suites are considered phase one, which is now open to the public. Also as part of the contract with Resorts World Bimini, ADMARES will outfit all the Public Areas under phase two of the project, which is scheduled to be available to the public during this coming winter.
The interior delivery started with the conceptual and interior design of both the hotel rooms and public areas. As part of the scope, the prefabrication of all the Standard hotel rooms was carried out in an assembly hall close to the site and their final installation inside the building. ADMARES’s scope also comprised the supply and installation of 18 Garden Villa Suites, 14 of which have been completed and are now open to the public. Additionally, ADMARES was contracted to deliver all 5 floors of public areas such as the Reception Area, Restaurant, Piano Lounge, Banquet & Conference Rooms, Shops, Roof Terrace, Gym, Spa, Beauty Salon, Nightclub, VIP Lounge, among others. The kitchen and cold rooms are also part of ADMARES’s scope as food handling areas supporting the Restaurant, the Banquet Bar, the Sushi and Noodle bar, and other areas. The delivery is expected by end of 2015.
