ADMARES is proud to announce the award to build the complete hotel area for the Sveavägen 44 property in Stockholm, Sweden, including 106 rooms and corridors. The contract was signed with Diligentia Ab, one of Sweden's largest real estate companies.
ADMARES’s scope of work includes 106 guest rooms and the surrounding corridors. ADMARES will design and engineer the area as well as deliver and install 84 of the guestrooms as modules. ADMARES’s pre-assembled rooms allow for a significant reduction in the construction time, as well as consistent quality throughout the rooms. The remaining 22 rooms will be built on site. The contract consist of the delivery of the backgrounds, guestroom modules, stick-built rooms and corridors, in addition to the interior finishes such as furniture, interior surfaces, carpets and accessories. The project will be delivered in Summer 2015.
Diligentia Ab, together with the property’s investor, corporate developer and hotel operator Service Investment Management, will open the 106-room hotel in the basement of Diligentia’s property at Sveavägen 44. This building is a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose property with offices, shops, apartments and two hotels located in the city center of Stockholm, Sweden.
