We are thrilled to announce the newest member of our leadership team, Mr. Lauri Leppäniemi, who will be joining us as the Vice President of Strategic Development.
Lauri is an accomplished corporate and strategy development professional with a robust background in management consulting and corporate finance. Holding an MBA from IESE Business School, Lauri also earned his MSc in Finance from Turku School of Economics.
Prior to pursuing his MBA, Lauri played a crucial role at ADMARES as the Business Development Manager for three years. During this time, he made significant contributions to various strategic and financial planning activities, showcasing his dedication and expertise in shaping ADMARES' growth trajectory.
Lauri's career journey extends to working on some of the largest M&A transactions in the Nordics. His tenure at Bain & Company, where he worked in the Private Equity Group, involved in commercial due diligence and strategy work. Additionally, Lauri held a pivotal role at KPMG Corporate Finance team, where he led regional deal advisory activities in the Turku region, focusing on M&A transactions and valuation engagements. Lauri's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his co-founding of a tech startup.
Throughout his career, Lauri has been passionately dedicated to helping companies unlock their growth potential and identify opportunities for value creation. As our new Vice President of Strategic Development, Lauri will play a pivotal role in charting the course for ADMARES' strategic growth initiatives.
